Network Sharing and Neutral Networks: How Far to Go and for What Benefits?

Opening up their network, or even rolling out neutral networks, allows an operator operatorto monetize their network. A network is said to be neutral when it is shared between operators but does not belong to any of those operators (either in whole or in part) or to a joint venture between them. Network sharing was first implemented with radio network infrastructure, which represents about 70% of the cost of network deployment.
